A chemical-resistant resin lining material that helps protect and preserve the natural environment
Chemical-resistant resin lining material is used on metal devices and concrete structures to shut them off from acidic, alkaline, organic solvent and other corrosive environments to protect against corrosion. This is an invaluable protective material that sees use not just in Japan, but across the globe as well.
The Fuji Flake Lining System was developed in 1967 as a proprietary composite material combining thermosetting plastic with polymeric materials that offer outstanding chemical resistance, and flake-shaped glass. It acts as an advanced anti-corrosion system for desulfurization equipment and denitration equipment used in power stations, iron manufacturing, nonferrous metals, papermaking, chemicals, incineration plants and elsewhere, protecting shielded areas from vapor, corrosive gases, chemicals, heat, wear, and other severe corrosion conditions, aiding not only in stable system operation, but also in preserving a greener environment.
Service life prolonged by a stable multi layer barrier.
